Ronald J. “Ron” Clark

Ron brings 39 years of business experience and has built four successful companies, including two with international operations. That experience runs from startup through multimillion-dollar operations, managing teams, supply chains and P&L in the United States and abroad. His work spans business scaling, organizational architecture, systems and processes, sales development and practical AI strategy.

He created the CASPER framework to help business owners move from being their company’s “Chief Everything Officer” to operating as a true chief executive — supported by systems, accountable people and repeatable processes.

Ron is also an award-winning author on artificial intelligence and has completed executive education and AI/machine-learning coursework through MIT, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and the London School of Economics.

Joshua “Josh” Clark

Josh leads technology and AI delivery at Genysis IQ. He builds and maintains the client platform, designs and implements the AI assistants Genysis IQ deploys for client companies, and runs the security and penetration testing side of the practice.

He evaluates the tools clients are considering, integrates the ones that earn their place, and writes the automation that removes manual work from an operation. His role is to make sure the technology recommended to a client is technology that actually works in that business — and to build it when it does not exist yet.

Working alongside Ron, Josh owns the question of how modern systems get implemented in practice: simplifying operations, automating intelligently, and building scalable digital capability without losing sight of the business problem being solved.
